MATHS 250 S1 2023 was taught by Bartek and Jianbei, in that order. The first half covers linear algebra, while the second half covers series and calculus. This course expects you to be familiar with mathematical proofs. You can get by without doing proofs, but to get the most points in assignments, it's best to learn some proof-writing skills beforehand! What a fun class! I loved the assignments given by Bartek (they were challenging, in a good way. Highly recommend Bartek for linear algebra), and Jianbei had a very clear and concise lecturing style with a focus on examples that made it easy to follow along through. Also go to office hours!!
