Another easy business first-year course. Pretty generic 'tech' content but other than that, it was ok. Too many buzz words though.

Semester One - 2022

Since its a mandatory course for bcom, there is no other way around it. Lecturers are great, but the course doesn't go to any sort of depth in the contents (way too broad to be of any use). The final exam that I had in particular was also pretty rough (everyone thought it was a really easy exam, average was 55% and highest was only 85.5%). I have not used anything that was taught in this course in any of my 2nd and 3rd year papers.

Semester One - 2023

Relatively easy course. Lots of topics were covered but its manageable as long as you stay on top of your work every week. Labs were 2 hours long but usually only went on for about 1 - 1.5 hours before you could leave. You can also gain up to 3% contribution marks by engaging in class and leaving reviews on quizzes.
