An incredibly tough course with some very unhelpful lecturers. You can ask questions on Piazza but expect to receive just a page number or nothing at all. Now would be a good time to pick up on some basic excel skills as it is going to be compulsory for answering some exam questions. Not only is the content much more difficult than Fin251 but the final exam does not mark your working, meaning that you cannot afford to miss any decimal places when plugging in your answer values.

Semester One - 2023

Nice course, intellectually stimulating and focused on portfolio management/buy side investments.

Semester Two - 2023
